Harbin Goodtime Electronic Co., Ltd was incorporated in July 1996. It is a key high-tech enterprise of the National Torch Plan, a famous brand enterprise in Harbin, a provincial technology center and a provincial technology innovation center. It is one of the drafters of the first domestic approval of Audi BMG and China's automotive industry standard "Technical Conditions for Electric Horns for Motor Vehicles" QC30-2004 and the national standard "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Motor Vehicle Horns" GB15742-2019. It has undertaken national 863 projects and national torch plan projects. It has been ranked among the top 100 enterprises in Longjiang and the top 50 manufacturing enterprises in private enterprises. Participated in the evaluation of Longjiang brand and national brand value, with a brand strength of 825 and a brand value of 535 million.
The company has continued to grow and develop in the past two decades, insisting on people-oriented. At present, it has nearly 1,000 people, of which more than 50% have college education or above, including those returning from abroad, national key 211 colleges and 985 colleges Doctor, master and undergraduate graduates. There are long-term R & D and technical support from Harbin Institute of Technology. In addition, it also employs foreign talents such as engineering technology and quality experts from Germany, global procurement experts from South Africa, and asset management experts from Europe to back up the company's technology and management.
In the process of R & D and production, the company attaches great importance to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. All products are independently developed and have independent intellectual property rights. The products have obtained 314 patents, including domestic and foreign invention patents. So far, the annual output of automotive electronic products developed and put into production by the company has reached tens of millions, and has formed a series of automotive electronic products mainly including automotive horns, alarms, LED lights, and automotive relays. These products have been put into mass production and sold to domestic and foreign markets.
The main products produced by the company are non-contact electronic horn, compared with traditional horn, it has low working power, long life (service life ≥ 1 million times), good sound quality, small size and light weight, independent control terminal, and electromagnetic compatibility, as well as other advantages. At present, the car horns produced by the company have reached more than 85% of the market share of domestic electric horns. It is the exclusive supplier for all models of FAW Volkswagen, BBAC, Fujian Benz and other OEMs. It has become a leader in the auto parts industry, committed to becoming one of China's auto parts production base.
The car lights produced by the company use LED as the main light source, and the products have the advantages of fast light source, energy saving, long life, maintenance-free, explosion-proof, easy control and environmental protection. It is the first time for the product to introduce laser welding technology into LED car lights in the industry, which achieved the self-sealing of the car lights. The tensile strength of the welding wire can be up to five times that of traditional products. Compared with other products, the service life is significantly extended, and it is very competitive in the market. At the moment, it has formed a series of high brake lamp, front fog light, daytime running light, license plate light, Logo light, rear fog light, turn signal, trunk light and atmosphere light and other series of product lines.
The company has a complete experimental system, covering a total area of 710 square meters. It integrates mechanical property test laboratory, physic-chemical test laboratory, water test laboratory, climate test laboratory, anechoic chamber, EMC laboratory, and reference room. A total of 48 sets of advanced technical equipment provide stable technical support for the company.
With high-tech technology and excellent reputation, the company's customers have spread all over the world. Major domestic customers are: FAW Volkswagen, Shanghai Volkswagen, BBAC, Fujian Benz, Changan Ford, Dongfeng Nissan, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile, Beijing Hyundai, Geely Automobile, Great Wall Motor, BYD Automobile, Changan Automobile, etc. Foreign customers are mainly: German Volkswagen, Indian Volkswagen, Mexican Volkswagen, Polish Volkswagen, British Bentley, Indian Skoda, German Audi, Hungarian Audi, etc.
In the process of continuous development, the company has won many honors.
